Grates — versatile solutions for pavement stabilisation

Plastic grilles are a versatile solution used to stabilise and protect pavements, as well as to improve overall safety in frequently used areas. Depending on their intended use, they can reinforce the ground under driveways, protect loose ground or create an anti-slip surface in areas exposed to moisture. Made from hard-wearing, pressure- and weather-resistant plastics, they guarantee durability and reliability in use.

Our product range includes. grids for stones and aggregates, models intended for for entry and variants floor for industrial spaces. Choose the right product and create a stable, load-bearing surface to suit your needs!

What are the grids for aggregate and stones made of?

Plastic floor gratings are manufactured from high-quality polymers such as high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and polypropylene (PP), which provide resistance to loads, moisture and extreme temperatures. Thanks to their anti-corrosive properties and high mechanical resistance, they perform well in areas subject to intensive use, both in outdoor and indoor environments.

Plastic geogrid for stones or aggregates effectively reinforces the substrate, eliminating the risk of pavement settlement while allowing water to drain naturally, preventing the formation of mud and puddles. Floor grillesused in industrial halls and warehouses, they protect the floor against abrasion and increase user safety.

Types and uses of plastic grilles

The choice of the right grating depends on the specific soil and the anticipated load. Various variants are available, tailored to stabilise the ground, protect surfaces or improve safety in areas subject to intensive use:

  • Plastic geogrid — effectively reinforces the subsoil beneath the garden soil or lawn, preventing pavement settlement and the formation of ruts.
  • Grating for stones and aggregates — stabilises the pavement in gardens, driveways and paths, allowing an even distribution of the infill material.
  • Entrance grille — increases the load-bearing capacity of driveways, eliminating the problem of ground sinking and improving water permeability.
  • Plastic floor gratings — used in industrial facilities, warehouses and wet areas, protect the surface from damage and ensure slip resistance.

Thanks to its modular design plastic grilles can be easily adapted to the shape of the pavement and their durability allows them to be used for many years without frequent maintenance.

How are the plastic grilles installed?

Plastic grilles are characterised by their modular design, which makes them easy to install and allows them to precisely adapt to the shape of the pavement. The individual elements are connected by special clips, which ensure the stability of the entire structure and eliminate the risk of displacement of individual segments.

Depending on the application, installation can take place on a variety of substrates, from soil or grass to concrete. Entrance grille or under the aggregate requires the prior preparation of a stable base layer, while the models plastic flooring is laid directly on the floor in warehouses and halls. Thanks to its modular design, the installation can be quickly extended or dismantled if necessary.

Advantages of plastic grilles

Plastic grilles is a solution that not only stabilises the pavement, but also increases the durability of the ground and improves user comfort. Thanks to their design, they effectively distribute pressure, preventing ground sinking and the formation of ruts. Here are the key benefits of installing them:

  • Ground reinforcement — elimination of soil subsidence and reduction of ruts on driveways, paths and green areas.
  • Weather resistance — high resistance to moisture, frost and UV radiation, ensuring the longevity of the material.
  • Free water drainage — The grilles allow water to infiltrate into the ground, eliminating the problem of puddles and mud.
  • Easy and quick installation — The modular design allows smooth adaptation to the surface and quick disassembly when required.
  • Use in various conditions — They work well on driveways, gardens, production halls and warehouses, as well as in recreational areas.

Thanks to these properties plastic floor grilles, as well as variants under the aggregate or stones are practical solutions that increase ground stability and ensure comfortable use over the long term.
