con\u00adsumer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>or<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(B) you are an indi\u00advid\u00adual and the con\u00adtract you have entered into with us from 1 Jan\u00adu\u00adary 2021 is direct\u00adly relat\u00aded to your busi\u00adness but is not pro\u00adfes\u00adsion\u00adal in nature for you<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- as a gen\u00ader\u00adal rule, you are enti\u00adtled to&nbsp;<strong>right of with\u00addraw\u00adal from a dis\u00adtance con\u00adtract<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can with\u00addraw from the con\u00adtract by sub\u00admit\u00adting to us&nbsp;<strong>dec\u00adla\u00adra\u00adtion of with\u00addraw\u00adal<\/strong>&nbsp;e.g. by e\u2011mail sent to: <a href=\"mailto:bok@sammler.com.pl\" data-type=\"mailto\" data-id=\"mailto:bok@sammler.com.pl\">bok@sammler.com.pl<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Return the returned goods to us imme\u00addi\u00adate\u00adly at the fol\u00adlow\u00ading address: Rud\u00adni\u00adki 6F, 64\u2013330 Opaleni\u00adca&nbsp;<\/strong>, but not lat\u00ader than 14 days from the day you with\u00addraw from the con\u00adtract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You may with\u00addraw from the con\u00adtract with\u00adin&nbsp;<strong>14 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 14-day with\u00addraw\u00adal peri\u00adod shall begin:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>for a con\u00adtract in which we deliv\u00ader the goods, being oblig\u00aded to trans\u00adfer their own\u00ader\u00adship \u2014&nbsp;<strong>from tak\u00ading pos\u00adses\u00adsion of the goods by you<\/strong>&nbsp;or a third par\u00adty oth\u00ader than the car\u00adri\u00ader des\u00adig\u00adnat\u00aded by you and, in the case of a con\u00adtract which involves mul\u00adti\u00adple goods to be deliv\u00adered sep\u00ada\u00adrate\u00adly, by instal\u00adments or in parts, from&nbsp;<strong>take pos\u00adses\u00adsion of the last good, lot or piece by you<\/strong>&nbsp;or a third par\u00adty oth\u00ader than the car\u00adri\u00ader des\u00adig\u00adnat\u00aded by you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Send\u00ading the dec\u00adla\u00adra\u00adtion before the dead\u00adline is suf\u00adfi\u00adcient to com\u00adply with it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We shall reim\u00adburse the pay\u00adments made by you, includ\u00ading the costs of deliv\u00adery of the goods in accor\u00addance with the terms and con\u00addi\u00adtions, with\u00adout delay, but no lat\u00ader than with\u00adin 14 days of receiv\u00ading your dec\u00adla\u00adra\u00adtion of with\u00addraw\u00adal from the con\u00adtract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We may with\u00adhold reim\u00adburse\u00adment of the pay\u00adment received from you until we receive the goods back or you pro\u00advide proof of return, whichev\u00ader event occurs first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Remember that you do not have the right of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance, among other things:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>in which the object of the per\u00adfor\u00admance is&nbsp;<strong>Non-refur\u00adbished goods, man\u00adu\u00adfac\u00adtured to your spec\u00adi\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtions<\/strong>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<strong>to meet your per\u00adson\u00adalised needs<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in which the object of the per\u00adfor\u00admance is&nbsp;<strong>per\u00adish\u00adable goods<\/strong>&nbsp;or hav\u00ading a short shelf life;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>where the object of the per\u00adfor\u00admance is goods sup\u00adplied in sealed pack\u00adag\u00ading of which&nbsp;<strong>once opened, can\u00adnot be returned for health or hygiene rea\u00adsons<\/strong>if the pack\u00adag\u00ading has been opened after deliv\u00adery;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>where the object of the per\u00adfor\u00admance con\u00adsists of goods which are, by their nature, insep\u00ada\u00adra\u00adbly mixed with oth\u00ader goods after deliv\u00adery;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in which the object of the per\u00adfor\u00admance is&nbsp;<strong>sound or visu\u00adal record\u00adings or com\u00adput\u00ader pro\u00adgrams sup\u00adplied in sealed pack\u00adag\u00ading<\/strong>if the pack\u00adag\u00ading has been opened after deliv\u00adery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For details on can\u00adcel\u00adla\u00adtion, please refer to our com\u00adply with the con\u00adtract, you have the right to com\u00adplain about them based on the pro\u00advi\u00adsions on lia\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty for non-com\u00adpli\u00adance of goods with the con\u00adtract, found in the Con\u00adsumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Jour\u00adnal of Laws 2014, item 827, as amend\u00aded).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is best to sub\u00admit a com\u00adplaint to the Opaleni\u00adca<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Goods not in con\u00adfor\u00admi\u00adty with the con\u00adtract should be sent to the address: Rud\u00adni\u00adki 6F, 64\u2013330 Opaleni\u00adca<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In con\u00adnec\u00adtion with the non-con\u00adfor\u00admi\u00adty of the goods with the con\u00adtract, you can demand:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>exchange of goods ,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>remove the lack of con\u00adfor\u00admi\u00adty of the goods with the con\u00adtract,<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If the above is not pos\u00adsi\u00adble in accor\u00addance with Arti\u00adcle 43e of the Con\u00adsumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Jour\u00adnal of Laws 2014, item 827 as amend\u00aded), you may make a dec\u00adla\u00adra\u00adtion to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>price reduc\u00adtion,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>with\u00addraw from the con\u00adtract \u2014 if the lack of con\u00adfor\u00admi\u00adty of the goods with the con\u00adtract is mate\u00adr\u00adi\u00adal.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We shall be liable to you for any lack of con\u00adfor\u00admi\u00adty of the goods with the con\u00adtract exist\u00ading at the time of deliv\u00adery and dis\u00adcov\u00adered with\u00adin two years of that time, unless the shelf life of the goods is longer.
